Jason Miller
Jason Miller is a Professor of Supply Chain Management at Michigan State University's Eli Broad College of Business. He is also the Interim Chairperson for the Department of Supply Chain Management.
He works to help practitioners and policy makers synthesize economic data to develop a better understanding of trends in logistics, manufacturing, retail, and wholesale sectors.
He has been quoted extensively by The Wall Street Journal, USA Today, Bloomberg, The Washington Post, Reuters, and NPR Marketplace, amongst others.

Aisha Ahmad
Aisha Ahmad is a senior at Michigan State University majoring in Supply Chain Management.
She is deeply passionate about engaging in the field of supply chain. As President of ISCRO, she is excited to mentor Research Leaders and members in publishing articles that address contemporary challenges in the industry. She believes ISCRO is an outstanding organization that fosters growth in data analysis, communication, writing, and continuous learning towards Supply Chain.
Aisha has completed a Distribution internship with Meijer and a Supply Chain Planning internship with Stryker. Currently, she serves as President of ISCRO’s Executive Board and is a DWLA Scholar at the Broad College of Business.

Sophie Xu
Sophie is a Senior majoring in Supply Chain Management and minoring in Data Science.
Sophie joined ISCRO in Fall 2023 and was drawn to the intersection of topics and current events, including supply chain, economics, data science, and sustainability. Over 6 articles, she grew a passion for learning about current events, gaining exposure to different industries while working with her peers to create informative content.
At Michigan State University, Sophie is a research assistant for Dr. Stanley Lim with a focus on sustainable logistics and case writing and is the VP of Client Relations & Community Development for Students Consulting for Nonprofit Organizations. She previously interned at Best Buy as a Global Logistics & Trade intern, and most recently at Microsoft as a Cloud Supply Chain Planner intern, where she contributed to logistics data quality assurance and sustainability audit readiness.

Esha Varchasvi
Esha Varchasvi is a Senior majoring in Supply Chain Management at Michigan State University with a minor in Information Technology.
Esha is passionate about understanding how supply chain strategies adapt across industries and how technology can be leveraged to strengthen global operations. She is eager to gain hands-on experience in data analysis, research, and cross-functional collaboration. As an aspiring supply chain leader, she is committed to applying innovative solutions to address complex global challenges.
She has internship experiences at Toyota, Honeywell Building Automation, Flagstar Bank and V2soft Inc. On campus, she's also involved in the Women in Entrepreneurship Association, VIM Magazine and MSU Club Golf Team.

Lam Nguyen
Lam Nguyen is a Junior majoring in Supply Chain Management at Michigan State University.
Lam is passionate about supply chain and procurement, with a strong interest in learning how global sourcing decisions shape business strategy. She is eager to expand her knowledge and gain exposure to diverse industries while leveraging her skills to support innovation and growth.
At MSU, Lam is involved in Russell Palmer Center, International Student Association and Multicultural Business Programs. Over the summer, she has interned at Tesla as Global Supply Manager, where she contributed to supplier management, cost analysis, and sourcing initiatives to optimize operations during tariff situations.

Veena Raigaonkar
Veena Raigaonkar is a Senior majoring in Supply Chain Management and minoring in International Business at Michigan State University.
Veena is most passionate about global supply chains, international business, and environmental sustainability, seeking to expand her knowledge and developing her skills in both technical and professional aspects. Primarily, Veena aims to work towards optimizing supply chain operations in business processes while supporting the environment and maintaining positive international relations.
At MSU, Veena is involved with Bridges MSU as an English tutor for international/refugee dining hall employees in an effort for accessible education. She also works part time at Zayo as a Network Materials Planning Intern, where she mainly assists the Strategic Operations team with inventory planning and analysis.

Aryahi Pachpande
Aryahi Pachpande is a junior at Michigan State University majoring in Supply Chain Management with a minor in Information Technology.
She is passionate about exploring the intersections of global supply chains, sustainability, and technology, and is eager to gain hands-on experience across a range of industries.
Last summer, Aryahi interned at General Motors, where she worked on the Operations and Research & Development team. She is particularly interested in the healthcare field and hopes to apply innovative supply chain and technology solutions to improve healthcare systems and drive meaningful impact.

Vaishnavi Akella
Vaishnavi Akella is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management with a minor in Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Michigan State University.
Vaishnavi is enthusiastic about growing her supply chain knowledge with future hands-on experiences. She is passionate about researching global supply chain issues while working with several of her peers. She aims to enhance several skills as well as leave a big impact during her time at ISCRO.
Over the summer, Vaishnavi has interned at RPM a 3PL, where she contributed to various customer accounts, supporting transportation operations. She engaged in problem solving and development of dashboards to reach specific account goals towards reliability and efficiency.

Christian Naida
Christian Naida is a Senior majoring in Supply Chain Management at Michigan State University.
Christian is passionate about supply chain and business strategy, with strong analytical skills developed through both coursework and research. At MSU, he has engaged in research focused on strategic challenges in supply chains, exploring ways to improve efficiency and adaptability in complex global networks.
Over the summer, he interned at PepsiCo in their Frito Lay division as a Supply Chain Intern, where he supported operations by analyzing processes and contributing to initiatives that enhanced productivity and streamlined workflows.

Daniel Schneider
Daniel Lucian Schneider is a Senior studying Supply Chain Management at Michigan State University
He is deeply interested in sustainability, procurement, and the intersection of data analytics with global supply chain strategy. Daniel is motivated by the challenge of transforming complex supplier data into insights that drive operational efficiency and responsible sourcing.
At MSU, Daniel has been active as an Engagement Ambassador, representing the Broad College and supporting student engagement initiatives. Most recently, he interned with Zebra Technologies in Global Procurement, where he built sustainability visualization tools, standardized supplier scorecards, and collaborated cross-functionally to strengthen supplier relationships and reporting processes.

Ajitesh Venkatesh
Ajitesh Venkatesh is a sophomore majoring in Supply Chain Management at Michigan State University.
Ajitesh is passionate about supply chain strategy and operations, with a strong interest in how global sourcing and procurement decisions shape industries such as aerospace and automotive. Eager to learn and grow, Ajitesh is committed to building his skills while exploring innovative approaches to supply chain challenges.
At MSU, he is actively involved in College DECA. Over the summer, Ajitesh interned at VECCO, an aerospace company, where he gained hands-on experience in supply chain processes, supported production scheduling, and contributed to operational efficiency. He looks forward to continuing to expand his knowledge, apply his skills to real-world business contexts, and make a positive impact in the field.

Anitej Bhaskar is a Senior at Michigan State University pursuing dual degrees in Supply Chain Management and Human Biology.
Anitej is passionate about the intersection of healthcare and business, with interests in consulting, supply chain strategy, and risk management.
He has held roles including Summer Analyst at ClearView Healthcare Partners, Enterprise Risk Management Intern at Rocket Companies, Patient Care Navigator at Trinity Health, and Product Strategy & Operations Intern at Tuskro, Inc. On campus, he serves as Project Lead for Students Consulting for Nonprofit Organizations (SCNO).

Niyathi Manivannan
Niyathi Manivannan is a junior at Michigan State University majoring in Supply Chain Management with a minor in Environmental and Sustainability Studies.
She is passionate about supply chain because it encompasses every aspect of business from start to finish. Niyathi enjoys learning about the many interconnected components of supply chains and how they integrate into a larger system. She is particularly interested in incorporating sustainable practices within industries to help organizations move toward a more eco-friendly future.
At MSU, Niyathi serves as a Team Lead for the Student Engagement Team within the Residential Business Community and is a Scholar of the Dashney Women’s Leadership Accelerator. Professionally, she has gained hands-on experience through internships at Steelcase as a Logistics and Operations Intern and at Autoliv as a Procurement Intern.

Sri Harshita Boddu
Sri Harshita Boddu is a Junior majoring in Supply Chain Management and minoring in Data Science at Michigan State University.
Harshita is passionate about learning how data can be used to improve supply chain processes, from analyzing trends to creating forecasts and insights that support decisions.
At MSU, she served as an Undergraduate Learning Assistant for CSE 102 in Fall 2024 and Spring 2025 semesters and as a Career Fair Chair for SCMA in Spring 2025. Over the summer, she interned at XPO as a Linehaul Operations Intern where she worked on miles forecasting, model compliance, and regional planning through 3D mapping. She now continues with XPO part time during the school year as a Senior Specialist in Linehaul Operations.

Stephanie Bui
Stephanie Bui is a Junior majoring in Supply Chain Management and minoring in IT at Michigan State University.
Stephanie is driven by the connection between data analytics, logistics, and international business, seeing each as a puzzle piece in how products move and markets grow. She’s motivated by uncovering insights in data, continuous improvement, and exploring how global networks shape everyday experiences.
Stephanie is a Resident Assistant on campus. She is also involved with ASMSU SAB and the TRIO Program. Over the summer, she interned at SpartanNash as a Supply Chain Continuous Improvement Intern, where she collaborated with cross-functional teams to identify process inefficiencies, analyze data trends, and implement cost-saving solutions. Her work contributed to strategic projects, including waste reduction initiatives and supply chain optimization.

Brendan Furnari
Brendan Furnari is a senior at Michigan State University pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management with a minor in Entreprenuership and Innovation.
He has a strong interest in the real-world impact of supply chains on business performance and is eager to explore innovations and challenges shaping global supply networks.supply chains.
Over the summer, Brendan interned at Procter & Gamble as a Supply Network Operations Intern where he worked on projects related to process improvement, portfolio optimization, and artificial intelligence. The summer before he was at fairlife as a Logistics Intern where he worked on projects related to process improvement and warehouse safety.

Sophie Aguas is a Sophomore at Michigan State University, pursuing a major in Supply Chain Management and a minor in Information Technology.
She is particularly interested in how technology can be utilized to make supply chains more efficient and cost-effective. Sophie is motivated to explore new ideas, collaborate with others, and develop practical solutions that connect supply chains and technology.
On campus, outside of ISCRO, Sophie serves as Social Events Officer for the Concert Orchestra Student Association and is a sister of alpha Kappa Delta Phi. She enjoys learning from diverse experiences and contributing to initiatives that foster growth and innovation.

Arsh Singh is a sophomore majoring in Supply Chain Management at Michigan State University.
Arsh is passionate about supply chain strategies and operations, with an interest in how data-driven decisions support business performance. He is motivated to continue developing cross-functional and data analytical skills while exploring diverse industries within the supply chain space.
At MSU, Arsh is involved in Students Consulting for Nonprofit Organization and the Sikh Student Association. Over the summer, he interned at Nexteer Automotive as a Supplier Quality Intern ,where he contributed to digitalization initiatives and sourcing optimization. He is also an incoming intern at Whirlpool, where he looks forward to gaining hands-on experience supporting strategic supply chain initiatives.

Natalie Grooters is a Sophomore majoring in Supply Chain Management at Michigan State University with a minor in International Business.
Natalie is passionate about logistics and procurement, with a strong interest in learning how to streamline logistics throughout a ever-changing global supply chain. She is enthusiastic about learning from diverse industries and using her skills to contribute to innovative solutions and sustainable growth.
At MSU, Natalie is involved in the Residential Business Community, Broad International Student Council and Supply Chain Management Association. Over the summer, she has worked at CVS health as a Shift Supervisor, where she oversaw employee performance, calculated daily cash deposits, and managed inflow of inventory to optimize operations during high volumes of customer traffic.

William Streets is a Sophomore at Michigan State University, majoring in Supply Chain Management.
He is passionate about gaining hands-on experience and expanding his knowledge in the supply chain field. William has a strong interest in global market trends, particularly in logistics and procurement.
He previously interned at Hospitality House Food Pantry, where he managed volunteers to improve operations efficiency and enhance overall client experience.

Arham Jhaveri is a Sophomore majoring in Supply Chain Management at Michigan State University’s Broad College of Business.
Arham is passionate about Global Supply and geopolitics, with a strong interest in understanding how international operations shape business strategy. He is eager to apply his skills in a hands-on role to help organizations streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
He has interned at C & D Corp as a Sales and Marketing Intern , where he conducted market research on competitors to guide a new seasonal promotion strategy , assisted in creating social media content , and partnered with the accounting team to streamline the reconciliation process.

Sajan Pinnamaraju is a Freshman majoring in Supply Chain Management and Mathematics at Michigan State University.
Sajan embodies a positive growth mindset, leadership, and a passion for acquiring new skills through diverse experiences. He is passionate about researching and gaining new knowledge in current global issues tying in multiple disciplines. He aims to enhance several skills as well as leave a big impact during his time at ISCRO.
At MSU, Sajan is involved in Limitless Consulting, IEEE, SCMA, and more. In the past, he has had experience as a marketing intern and an investment intern, and he brings a strong passion for risk management, consulting, and innovative problem-solving.

Ishan Das
Ishan Das is a sophomore majoring in supply chain management and doing a minor in Environmental Sustainability.
He is eager to do heads-on work in ISCRO so that he gets more exposure into the supply chain industry and gains more technical knowledge about the field. He thinks this can go a long way in the long-run and broaden his understanding of the overall supply chain process.
So far, Ishan has done an internship with startup 3PL, “Redefined Logistics,” and done a sustainability strategy externship via “Extern” using real company data from Schreiber Foods. Right now, he is interested in supply chain operations.
