Meet The Team

Jason Miller is a Professor of Supply Chain Management at Michigan State University's Eli Broad College of Business. He is also the Interim Chairperson for the Department of Supply Chain Management.

He works to help practitioners and policy makers synthesize economic data to develop a better understanding of trends in logistics, manufacturing, retail, and wholesale sectors.

He has been quoted extensively by The Wall Street Journal, USA Today, Bloomberg, The Washington Post, Reuters, and NPR Marketplace, amongst others.

Lam Nguyen is a Senior majoring in Supply Chain Management at Michigan State University.

​

Lam is passionate about supply chain and procurement, with a strong interest in learning how global sourcing decisions shape business strategy. She is eager to expand her knowledge and gain exposure to diverse industries while leveraging her skills to support innovation and growth.

​

At MSU, Lam is involved in Russell Palmer Center, International Student Association and Multicultural Business Programs. Over the summer, she has interned at Tesla as Global Supply Manager, where she contributed to supplier management, cost analysis, and sourcing initiatives to optimize operations during tariff situations.

Niyathi Manivannan is a Senior at Michigan State University majoring in Supply Chain Management with a minor in Environmental and Sustainability Studies.

She is passionate about supply chain because it encompasses every aspect of business from start to finish. Niyathi enjoys learning about the many interconnected components of supply chains and how they integrate into a larger system. She is particularly interested in incorporating sustainable practices within industries to help organizations move toward a more eco-friendly future.

At MSU, Niyathi serves as a Team Lead for the Student Engagement Team within the Residential Business Community and is a Scholar of the Dashney Women’s Leadership Accelerator. Professionally, she has gained hands-on experience through internships at Steelcase as a Logistics and Operations Intern and at Autoliv as a Procurement Intern.

Vaishnavi Akella is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management with a minor in Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Michigan State University.

Vaishnavi is enthusiastic about growing her supply chain knowledge with future hands-on experiences. She is passionate about researching global supply chain issues while working with several of her peers. She aims to enhance several skills as well as leave a big impact during her time at ISCRO.

Over the summer, Vaishnavi has interned at RPM a 3PL, where she contributed to various customer accounts, supporting transportation operations. She engaged in problem solving and development of dashboards to reach specific account goals towards reliability and efficiency.

Aryahi Pachpande is a Senior at Michigan State University majoring in Supply Chain Management with a minor in Information Technology.

She is passionate about exploring the intersections of global supply chains, sustainability, and technology, and is eager to gain hands-on experience across a range of industries.

​

Last summer, Aryahi interned at General Motors, where she worked on the Operations and Research & Development team. She is particularly interested in the healthcare field and hopes to apply innovative supply chain and technology solutions to improve healthcare systems and drive meaningful impact.

Stephanie Bui is a senior at Michigan State University studying Supply Chain Management with a minor in Information Technology.

She is fascinated by how products move across the world and how data can be used to improve the processes behind them. What excites her most about supply chain is the combination of problem-solving, analytics, and collaboration that drives real business results.

Through internships with Caterpillar and SpartanNash, Stephanie has gained experience in both procurement and continuous improvement, working on projects related to sourcing, supplier management, process optimization, and cost savings. These experiences strengthened her passion for finding practical solutions and using data to support better decision-making.

Outside of the classroom, Stephanie serves as a Resident Assistant and is involved with ASMSU and TRIO. She enjoys helping others, building community, and taking on leadership opportunities that allow her to make a positive impact.

Sri Harshita Boddu is a Senior majoring in Supply Chain Management and minoring in Data Science at Michigan State University.

Harshita is passionate about learning how data can be used to improve supply chain processes, from analyzing trends to creating forecasts and insights that support decisions.

​​

At MSU, she served as an Undergraduate Learning Assistant for CSE 102 in Fall 2024 and Spring 2025 semesters and as a Career Fair Chair for SCMA in Spring 2025. Over the summer, she interned at XPO as a Linehaul Operations Intern where she worked on miles forecasting, model compliance, and regional planning through 3D mapping. She now continues with XPO part time during the school year as a Senior Specialist in Linehaul Operations.

Ajitesh Venkatesh is a Junior majoring in Supply Chain Management at Michigan State University.

Ajitesh is passionate about supply chain strategy and operations, with a strong interest in how global sourcing and procurement decisions shape industries such as aerospace and automotive. Eager to learn and grow, Ajitesh is committed to building his skills while exploring innovative approaches to supply chain challenges.

At MSU, he is actively involved in College DECA. Over the summer, Ajitesh interned at VECCO, an aerospace company, where he gained hands-on experience in supply chain processes, supported production scheduling, and contributed to operational efficiency. He looks forward to continuing to expand his knowledge, apply his skills to real-world business contexts, and make a positive impact in the field.

Arsh Singh is a Junior majoring in Supply Chain Management at Michigan State University.

Arsh is passionate about supply chain strategies and operations, with an interest in how data-driven decisions support business performance. He is motivated to continue developing cross-functional and data analytical skills while exploring diverse industries within the supply chain space.

At MSU, Arsh is involved in Students Consulting for Nonprofit Organization and the Sikh Student Association. Over the summer, he interned at Nexteer Automotive as a Supplier Quality Intern ,where he contributed to digitalization initiatives and sourcing optimization. He is also an incoming intern at Whirlpool, where he looks forward to gaining hands-on experience supporting strategic supply chain initiatives.

Sravani Gudupaty is a Junior majoring in Supply Chain Management and International Relations at Michigan State University.

Sravani is passionate about global supply chain, with a strong interest in learning how geopolitical events impact sourcing strategies and decisions. She is eager to deepen her understanding of supply chain and international relations while applying her strengths in data analysis and problem-solving to contribute to meaningful, real-world business challenges.

At MSU, Sravani is involved in the Honors College, Supply Chain Management Association, Women Impacting Supply Chain Excellence, and Empowering Women in Law. 

Rohan Jain is a Junior majoring in Supply Chain Management at Michigan State University. He chose supply chain management after being inspired by driven upperclassmen and peers in the program, and he recognizes that it is a field that will continue to grow in importance. He is eager to strengthen his technical skills in Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint, and despite facing learning disabilities, he is not afraid to put in extra time and effort to succeed.

At MSU, Rohan is actively involved in creating social media video content for the Russell Palmer Career Management Center, serves as the Alumni Chair for Phi Chi Theta, and mentors students in the Residential Business Community. Beyond campus, he is involved in programs such as Management Leadership for Tomorrow and Lime Connect, which continue to support his professional and leadership development.

This summer, Rohan will be interning in Tucson, Arizona, with Raytheon as a Property Management Intern, an opportunity he is excited about as he continues to explore his career path. Outside of school and work, he is a big NFL fan, enjoys trying new foods, and listens to the podcast The Diary of a CEO. Anjali John is a Junior majoring in Supply Chain Management at Michigan State University.

Anjali is enthusiastic to explore a career in Supply Chain, especially within the Retail and Entertainment industries. She hopes to continue to expand her knowledge in sustainability, leadership, and supply chain.

On campus, Anjali is the Vice President of APIDA Enterprise. She is also involved in WBSA and SCMA. During the school year, she works at Jackson National Life and is a part-time English tutor. She is planning on interning this summer at Lipari Foods as a Supply Chain Intern, where she hopes to grow her skills even further.

Arham Jhaveri is a Junior majoring in Supply Chain Management at Michigan State University’s Broad College of Business.

Arham is passionate about Global Supply and geopolitics, with a strong interest in understanding how international operations shape business strategy. He is eager to apply his skills in a hands-on role to help organizations streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

He has interned at C & D Corp as a Sales and Marketing Intern , where he conducted market research on competitors to guide a new seasonal promotion strategy , assisted in creating social media content , and partnered with the accounting team to streamline the reconciliation process.

Natalie Grooters is a Junior majoring in Supply Chain Management at Michigan State University with a minor in International Business.

Natalie is passionate about logistics and procurement, with a strong interest in learning how to streamline logistics throughout a ever-changing global supply chain. She is enthusiastic about learning from diverse industries and using her skills to contribute to innovative solutions and sustainable growth.

At MSU, Natalie is involved in the Residential Business Community, Broad International Student Council and Supply Chain Management Association. Over the summer, she has worked at CVS health as a Shift Supervisor, where she oversaw employee performance, calculated daily cash deposits, and managed inflow of inventory to optimize operations during high volumes of customer traffic.

William Streets is a Junior at Michigan State University, majoring in Supply Chain Management.

He is passionate about gaining hands-on experience and expanding his knowledge in the supply chain field. William has a strong interest in global market trends, particularly in logistics and procurement.

He previously interned at Hospitality House Food Pantry, where he managed volunteers to improve operations efficiency and enhance overall client experience.

Harini Bhagavathula is a Sophomore majoring in Supply Chain Management at Michigan State University.

Harini is passionate about consulting in the supply chain field, with a strong enthusiasm towards innovating businesses through data-driven and sustainable solutions. She is eager to learn more about how supply chains impact environmental outcomes and ethical business practices, all while working with her fellow ISCRO peers.

At MSU, Harini is also involved in SCMA and Collegiate DECA. She has gained hands-on experience through a marketing internship at Magma Consultancy, organizing summer STEM camps for kids, and co-writing an interactive sustainability-focused children’s workbook. These experiences have strengthened her skills in leadership, project management, and problem-solving.

Dharahasini (Dara) Nallamalli is a Sophomore studying Supply Chain Management at Michigan State University.

Dara is interested in learning about supply chain and analytics, with a strong passion towards AI’s role regarding efficiency and operations. She is looking forward gain experience with the different segments of supply chain through her creative outlook and strengths in data analytics and statistics.

At MSU, Dara is involved in the Honors College Activities Board, Honors Students Actively Recruiting, Broad CARES, and the Supply Chain Management Association. This year Dara has had the opportunity to be involved in a research fellowship contributing to a research team as an assistant on Artificial Intelligence and Consumerism.

Manav Vengilatt is a Sophomore majoring in Supply Chain Management at Michigan State University.

Manav is driven by a strong interest in supply chain strategy and analytics, with a focus on how operational decisions impact business performance. He is passionate about solving real-world problems and continuously developing his skills through hands-on experiences. He aims to build a strong foundation in data-driven decision making while creating meaningful impact in the field of supply chain.

At MSU, Manav is involved in the Supply Chain Management Association (SCMA) and the Residential Business Community (RBC). He has gained experience through case competitions, where he has worked on projects involving procurement strategy, expansion planning, and operational efficiency, and brings a strong interest in consulting and strategic problem-solving.

Jack Kargel is a Sophomore studying Supply Chain Management with a minor in Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Michigan State University.

He is curious and enthusiastic about environmental sustainability and what real-world challenges come with it. Along with that, he loves learning about supply chain-related news and changes within the industry.

At Michigan State, Jack is involved in Phi Gamma Nu, a professional business fraternity, participates in multiple intramural sports teams, Spectrum Consulting Group, and dedicates significant time to his nonprofit, Tiny Hearts Healing, which provides grief boxes to young individuals experiencing loss.

Parker Woodwyk is a Junior majoring in Supply Chain Management with a minor in Information Technology.

Parker is interested in how data can shape supply chains, as well as having interests in consulting, sustainability, and diverse industries from around the globe.

Over the summer, Parker will intern at Haworth as a Material Planning Intern, where he will gain an in-depth view into warehousing, data analytics, and the integrated supply chain process as a whole.

Ayaan Pasha is a Sophomore majoring in Supply Chain Management at Michigan State University. 

He is passionate about supply chain and global logistics, with a strong interest in understanding how operations and strategic coordination drive efficiency across businesses worldwide. He is particularly drawn to the role these systems play in fast-paced industries such as aviation, while also exploring their broader impact on global connectivity. He is eager to explore current supply chain challenges through research, analyze industry trends, and deepen his understanding of how data and strategic thinking can be used to solve real-world operational problems.

At MSU, Ayaan is involved in the Residential Business Community, Personal Investment Association, and Supply Chain Management Association. He also has prior experience as a Marketing & Operations Intern at Turkish Airlines, where he contributed to projects aimed at improving passenger service efficiency, assisted with social marketing strategies across platforms, and shadowed executives to gain exposure to airline operations. 

Shreyas Rao is a Sophomore majoring in Supply Chain Management at Michigan State University.

Shreyas is passionate about supply chain and its role as the backbone of business. He is focused on developing a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end supply chain, from raw material sourcing to final delivery. He is excited for the opportunity to learn more and gain industry experience.

At MSU, Shreyas is involved in the Supply Chain Management Association and the Personal Investment Association. This upcoming summer, he will be interning at Progress Rail, A Caterpillar Company as a purchasing intern.

Zach Horn is a sophomore majoring in Supply Chain Management at Michigan State University.

Zach is passionate about supply chain management, business strategy, and consulting, with a strong interest in understanding how organizations can optimize operations, improve efficiency, and solve complex business challenges. He is eager to expand his knowledge of global supply chains, explore emerging technologies, and gain exposure to diverse industries while developing innovative solutions that drive meaningful business impact.

At MSU, Zachary is involved in 180 Degrees Consulting, Phi Gamma Nu Professional Business Fraternity, and serves as Treasurer of Plant Futures. He has also gained professional experience through externships with Pfizer and the National Institute of Mental Health, where he explored supply chain operations, process improvement, and strategic problem-solving.

Ahmad Hrhor is a Junior majoring in Supply Chain Management at Michigan State University.

Ahmad is passionate about supply chain management and consulting, with a strong interest in understanding how global supply chains influence business strategy and operational efficiency. He is eager to expand his industry knowledge, strengthen his analytical skills, and explore innovative solutions to complex business challenges.

At MSU, Ahmad serves as a consultant for Limitless Consulting Club and Vice President of Plant Futures, a student-led nonprofit organization, while also being an active member of Phi Gamma Nu. Over the summer, he interned at Consolidated Electrical Distributors (CED), where he gained hands-on experience in business operations, sales strategy, and process improvement, contributing to initiatives focused on operational efficiency and customer engagement.

Sienna Richardson is a sophomore majoring in Supply Chain Management at Michigan State University.

Sienna is passionate about supply chain management, with a particular interest in procurement and logistics. She is eager to explore how strategic supply chain decisions influence business operations while expanding her knowledge through research, collaboration, and hands-on experience across different industries.

At MSU, Sienna is involved in the Supply Chain Management Association, Women in Supply Chain Excellence, and TEDxMSU Logistics team as Conference Coordinator. She has also gained experience in inventory management, customer service, and entrepreneurship through her professional experiences and running her own small business.

Dhriti Vaitla is a Sophomore majoring in Supply Chain Management with a minor in Information Technology at Michigan State University.

Dhriti has a strong interest in sustainability and how supply chain practices can promote environmental responsibility while improving business operations. She is also passionate in internal relations and how global trade, sourcing decisions, and international policies influence supply chains and the global economy.

​

On campus she is involved in VIM Magazine, WISE, and the Honors College as a Research Scholar. Through these experiences, she is excited to expand her knowledge of supply chain management, explore the connections between sustainability and business, and develop skills that will prepare her for a future career in supply chain.

Richa Manni is a Sophomore majoring in Supply Chain Management in the Broad College of Business at Michigan State University.

Richa is passionate about supply chain analytics, logistics, and procurement, with a strong interest in how data-driven sourcing and operations decisions shape business strategy. She is eager to build industry exposure, strengthen her supply chain skills, and connect with professionals across diverse sectors.

At MSU, Richa is involved in The Global Career Accelerator, where she serves as a Data Analytics Fellow. Through project-based work, she analyzed a large dataset in Excel and built an interactive Tableau dashboard of U.S. energy production data, exploring how data could inform decisions like data center site selection. She has also completed independent case studies and business plan projects in healthcare technology and renewable energy, applying market research and financial forecasting to evaluate hypothetical concepts. As a hostess at Stoney River Steakhouse & Grill, she keeps guest flow running smoothly during high-volume shifts by managing reservations and seating and coordinating with servers and kitchen staff, supporting efficient restaurant operations. Richa also mentors a FIRST Robotics team, building her skills in project coordination and problem-solving.

Fawwaz Rahmani is a Junior majoring in Supply Chain Management with a minor in Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Michigan State University.

Fawwaz is passionate about procurement and global sourcing, with a strong interest in how supply chain decisions drive business strategy. He is eager to gain exposure to different industries and use his analytical and relationship-building skills to solve real operational problems.

At MSU, Fawwaz is a consultant with Students Consulting for Nonprofit Organizations, Mental Health Chair of Phi Gamma Nu, and an Intercultural Aide. This past summer, he completed externships with Amazon in supply chain and operations and with the Institute of Mental Health in healthcare consulting. He previously interned at Privacera, where he helped form partnerships and develop new brand strategies, and he co-founded MECC Bay, a youth nonprofit that has raised over $10,000 for underserved communities.

Navon Kulprathipanja is a Sophomore at Michigan State University, pursuing Supply Chain Management with a minor in Information Technology at the Broad College of Business.

Navon is passionate about supply chain, with a focus on product management and procurement. He is actively seeking opportunities to apply his skills while building his knowledge and experience in the field.

At MSU, Navon is involved in Students Consulting for Nonprofit Organizations, Phi Gamma Nu, and the Residential Business Community. Over the summer, he interned at Perspire Sauna Studio as a Marketing & Operations Associate, where he helped develop the studio’s marketing strategy and built partnerships with local businesses.

Rohit Nemani is a sophomore majoring in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Business at Michigan State University.

Rohit is interested in where engineering decisions meet cost, time, and scale, and he sees supply chain as the point where those two sides come together. He is eager to build his analytical skills and learn how sourcing and manufacturing decisions shape what actually gets built, across a range of industries.

At MSU, Rohit serves as Outreach Head for the Solar Racing Team, where he leads sponsorship outreach and builds relationships with suppliers and corporate partners, while also working on the mechanical subteam designing components for a full-sized solar-powered vehicle. He is also a member of Phi Gamma Nu, a professional business fraternity.
